Predictive Biosciences appoints two vice-presidents

Molecular diagnostics company Predictive Biosciences has filled two newly-created roles on its management team. James Groves has become the firm’s vice-president of lab operations, while Mark Smith has been appointed vice-president of information technology. Mr Groves was previously head of operations for SED Medical Laboratories and chief operating officer and vice-president of clinical operations at the Beijing International Heart Hospital. Mr Smith most recently worked for Athena Diagnostics as vice-president of information technology. Predictive Biosciences (Lexington, Massachusetts) is currently developing molecular diagnostic cancer assays and anatomic pathology laboratory products.
