Peripheral nerve regeneration specialist AxoGen has promoted Karen Zaderej to CEO. Alachua, Florida-based AxoGen plans to expand into new markets and develop new products to treat peripheral nerve injuries. Ms Zaderej replaces the former CEO, Jamie Grooms, who will remain chairman of the board.
