Executive Summary
Dianon Systems has agreed to pay Diagnostic Technologies a $150,000 lump sum in settlement of a suit in which Diagnostic Technologies had sought $10 million damages for breach of contract, reliance and interference with business advantage (see Clinica No 659, p 16). The case was dismissed by the District Court of Connecticut and as part of the settlement Dianon was released from the claims and agreed to the one-time payment.
