Atrix Laboratories (US) poised to launch first product

Atrix Laboratories (US) will launch its Atrisorb guided tissue regeneration (GTR) for periodontal surgical procedures in January next year. It will make its debut in Spain, Denmark, France, Ireland and Switzerland. The Dutch dental product distributor, Parthold, will market Atrix' products in Europe. A 510(k) application will be filed with the US FDA next month.
