Executive Summary
Medical systems sales at German multinational Siemens have ended fiscal 1995 1% below the previous year when adjusted for the sale of the pacemaker activities. At DM 6,800 million ($4,790 million), medical systems turnover was nominally 10% down on the previous year. Similarly, because of the pacemaker disposal pre-tax income fell to DM 100 million compared with DM 239 million in the previous year.
