Becton Dickinson's 1995 sales up 6%

The weaker US dollar increased Becton Dickinson's 1995 revenues by $86 million to $2,712 million. This currency effect was, however, largely offset by the impact of divesting the medical glove and radioimmunoassay businesses during the fiscal year, says Becton. Turnover rose 6% to $2,712 million in fiscal 1995.
