Ethicon Endo Surgery's patent suit against US Surgical has been dismissed in the Southern District of Ohio Court. The suit related to USS' endoscope and open GIA linear cutters, which Judge Arthur Spiegel found did not infringe any of Ethicon's asserted patent claims.
