Orthofix to pay $10 per share in American Medical Electronics (AME) acquisition:

Orthofix International and American Medical Electronics have fixed the exact price at which the latter will be acquired. AME shareholders can choose to receive $10 in cash or 0.58 shares of Orthofix stock for each AME share. The acquisition, which was announced in May (see Clinica No 654, p 12), is expected to be completed on August 21st.
