DuPont NEN (UK) launches quantitative p24 kit:

This article was originally published in Clinica

Executive Summary

DuPont NEN (UK) has launched a quantitative HIV ELISA. The combined kit for HIV p24 antigens and antibodies can measure HIV p24 reproducibly in samples with less than 50 pg/ml of antigen. The kit includes DuPont's immune complex disruption reagents, which dissociate antigen/antibody complexes to make them detectable by ELISA capture. The research-use kit can also be adapted to measure anti-p24 antibody relative-binding capacity.
