Executive Summary
National Medical Care, the medical subsidiary of WR Grace, will purchase the physician ancillary site division of MedAlliance for $16.2 million cash and the assumption of certain liabilities. The business provides equipment, technologists and billing for ultrasound, nuclear medicine and other diagnostic imaging services at more than 200 physicians' offices and hospitals, mainly in the north-east of the US.
