Medical Resources (US) has acquired two diagnostic imaging centres located in Fort Myers, Florida, in exchange for 1.2 million of its shares. Under the deal, a further 0.2 million shares may be issued to the sellers over the next three years. Medical Resources now owns ten such centres.
