Innovative Technologies (IT) forms alginate agreement

Innovative Technologies (IT), a UK-based manufacturer of bipolymers for wound care and device coating, has signed a long-term worldwide agreement with Coloplast (Denmark) to supply an alginate wound dressing. The dressing will form part of Coloplast's Comfeel range and will be launched in Europe this summer. This will be followed by a series of national launches worldwide. Sales of the product are expected to reach £1 million ($1.6 million) pa in the next few years.
