CanAg (Sweden) has launched OV-Marker-CA125 EIA, an ovarian cancer marker kit. The ELISA comes in a 96-well format, made up of 12 eight-well strips. Incubation time is 2+1 hours from a 1.5 micro l sample and the shelf life is 12 months. CanAg says the new kit correlates very closely with Boehringer Mannheim's (Germany) ES300 CA125 II test.
