Executive Summary
The French Health and Social Affairs Ministry has approved the final model for a request form for the national patient medical dossier and card. This is the first step towards the national introduction of the dossier, which was due to appear at the end of last year, but which now looks set to materialise at the end of March (see Clinica No 639, p 2).
