Executive Summary
UK-based diagnostics instruments manufacturer Wilj International has changed its name to Integrated Technologies Ltd (ITL). Wilj will be organised as the medical division of ITL. This is the final change following a financial restructuring package which has reduced gearing by repaying all bank debt and converting to shares the loans from shareholders. In 1992, Wilj was the subject of a management buy-out (see Clinica No 494, p 8).
