Polymer Technology (US) must stop selling test strips for LifeScan diabetes monitoring systems following a pre-trial judgement. The Federal District Court in Seattle found that Polymer's First Choice strips infringe three LifeScan patents. A jury trial set for February will rule on other patent infringement issues.
