Fresenius hopes to complete National Medical Care merger this month

Executive Summary
German dialysis company Fresenius was eagerly awaiting the outcome of two shareholder meetings on September 16th as Clinica went to press. If the shareholders of both Fresenius USA and Grace support Fresenius' acquisition of Grace's subsidiary National Medical Care (NMC), the complex deal can close before the end of September, a Fresenius spokeswoman told Clinica.
