US company PolyMedica Industries is to acquire Liberty Medical Supply in a deal worth around $9 million. Liberty Medical distributes diabetes testing supplies, medical products and educational materials to patients with diabetes. Liberty expects turnover in excess of $13 million in 1996. PolyMedica had $25 million sales last year.
