VacuMed has introduced its new ChestTest spirometer The stand-alone desktop spirometer has print-out facilities and 50-patient memory. However, it can be integrated with a PC to expand its memory, using an interface kit, cables and software. Features include lung age, automatic best test result selection and comparison of pre- and post-bronchodilation. ChestTest costs $1,595, and the PC interface kit, cables and software cost, extra $265.
