Catalonia's medtech evaluation agency (AATS) has made Pta 85 million ($680,000) available to support medical research projects being developed in the region. The beneficiaries of the awards have been informed but an official announcement will be published in the Catalonian official bulletin within the next month. Priority for funding was given to proposals coming from multicentre, multidisciplinary/co-operative studies, says the AATS.
