Bio-Surgical is to distribute the Colo-Clens intra-operative bowel cleaning device worldwide. Developed by Joe Peters, a surgeon at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, UK, Colo-Clens simplifies on-table irrigation and has been used successfully in a number of hospitals already. The company, based in Ware, UK, will sell the device for £50 ($76).
