PolyMedica Industries has settled the spin-off of its vascular grafts subsidiary CardioTech International to its shareholders, which was announced in March (see Clinica No 696, p 9). PolyMedica of Woburn, Massachusetts, will pay 0.45 of a share of CardioTech stock to every holder of one PolyMedica share as a dividend. CardioTech has been approved for listing on the American Stock Exchange.
