US medical device reports (MDR) regulations pose problems for foreign companies

The FDA's final regulation for reporting adverse events involving medical devices becomes effective on July 31st (see Clinica No 697, p 8). Foreign manufacturers may find the rules especially troublesome, reports Clinica's Washington correspondent, Duffy Miller.
