Comdisco Healthcare and Spacelabs Medical have formed an alliance which they claim will allow hospitals to finance their equipment needs in a cost-effective manner, on a "per use" basis. Spacelabs produces and distributes clinical information systems and patient monitoring products, while Comdisco Healthcare is a subsidiary of Comdisco, a US corporation with major leasing interests.
