National Medical Technologies has acquired Breathing Disorders Services, the latest in a series of acquisitions of sleep testing and therapy companies. NMT, which completed a $3 million equity financing in early summer, operates in this area as Advanced Sleep Technologies, providing diagnostic services and therapy to patients with sleep apnoea and other sleep disorders.
