The medical equipment division of Nycomed Pharma, a subsidiary of Norwegian group Nycomed, is to link with Partner Farma. Nycomed will own 60% of the merged company and claims combined turnover of NOK160 million ($22 million). This will make it one of the biggest players in Norway in its market sectors.
