Executive Summary

STI Military Systems Group, a subsidiary of Meridian Medical Technologies, has been awarded a contract to supply AtroPen, its military-use auto-injector to an undisclosed European government. The injectors are pre-filled with an antidote to nerve gas. The deal, which includes four annual renewal options, is worth $3 million. Meridian will also seek regulatory approval in Europe for its product.
