The Iraqi health ministry has criticised the slow delivery of medical devices under the trade deal which allows Iraq to export $2 billion of oil over six months to pay for food and medicine, reports The Gulf Today. Officials claimed more than half the equipment ordered in the first six months of 1997 had not been delivered.
