Mediq acquires Universal for $138 million:

In a deal worth $138 million in total, Mediq is to acquire Universal Hospital Services. The purchase price includes the assumption of debt and values Universal's shares at $17.50 each. Mediq rents out critical care and life support equipment, whilst Universal rents moveable medical equipment and sells disposable supplies related to the equipment it rents.
