Horizon Medical Products is to distribute Minneapolis-based Possis Medical's Perma-Seal dialysis access graft under an exclusive, worldwide agreement. The deal, which is subject to minimum sales requirements, is for three years initially and will be extended for a further two years if certain sales requirements are met. Manchester, Georgia-based Horizon says the product, the first and only of its type to be approved in the US, represents the "most significant technological development in the vascular graft market in a number of years".
