Michael Henson, founder and chairman of US cardiology company CardioVascular Dynamics, is to assume the additional role of CEO in March 1999. He succeeds Jeffrey O'Donnell who steps down from both his position as president and CEO for personal reasons. He will remain on the board of directors.
