Chiron Diagnostics is to use Toronto-based Spectral Diagnostics' recombinantly derived single chain Troponin I-C complex for the calibration of Chiron's Troponin I assay for its ACS immunoassay automated chemiluminescent system. The deal is a non-exclusive material supply agreement. Chiron Diagnostics, a division of Chiron, is active in critical blood analysis, clinical chemistry, endocrinology and testing for infectious diseases, cancers and allergies.
