Sangui Biotech has received FDA clearance for two of its in-vitro diagnostic ELISA kits which detect the presence of adrenocorticotropic (ACTH) hormone and calcitonin. ACTH is an indicator of adrenal cortex function and calcitonin is used for evaluating thyroid and calcium metabolism.
