Thomas Tierney has been elected chairman of ProCyte, replacing Joseph Ashley who is resigning. Mr Ashley stepped down from daily operations in August 1996 after leading the early formation and development of the US company which uses it copper peptide technology to manufacture tissue repair, skin health and hair care products.
