Genyx Medical, a newly-formed subsidiary of Micro Therapeutics in the US, has appointed Ken Galt vice-president of research and development and William Maden managing director of its European operations. Mr Galt was previously with Biopsys Medical and Mr Maden with Urologix. Genyx Medical was formed in November last year to develop and market implantable devices and delivery systems that treat stress urinary incontinence.
