Swissray International has signed a letter of intent with EM Parker to buy Swissray's X-ray film and accessories business. The business was acquired in 1996 when Swissray bought the US company Empower. At the time the company said that the purchase was the start of a growth strategy. EM Parker is a US distribution company. Swissray is also looking for a new CEO and CFO and says that it is refocussing its US business on filmless radiology.
