Alliance Imaging, which claims to be the largest provider of hospital-based fixed site and mobile magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography services in the US, has signed a definitive agreement to buy Mobile Technology, a similar company, for $100 million in cash and debt assumption. The deal will give the combined company some 180 sites.
