Osteotech has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against GenSci Labs and GenSci Regeneration Sciences, accusing the two companies of using its Grafton DBM process without permission nor licence. GenSci subsequently filed a suit against Osteotech, accusing it of infringing two of GenSci's patents by the processing the Grafton DBM Flex.
