Angeion wins first round in court against its creditors

ICD manufacturer Angeion, which is accused of defaulting on a $20 million loan by the loan trustee, US Bank National Association, has won its first tactical round in court. The US district court for Hennepin County, Minnesota, threw out the claims against Angeion. This was a blow to the creditors, who hope to prevent lossmaking Angeion from completing its acquisition of Medical Graphics.
