Dr John O'Malley is to succeed Dr Fred Deindoerfer as president and CEO of International Remote Imaging Systems. Dr Deindoerfer, a co-founder of the US company, announced his retirement in June but will remain chairman until the end of the year when Dr O'Malley will assume the additional role.
