SSL pays $32.5 million for US woundcare company

SSL International, the UK-based company formed after the merger of Seton Scholl Healthcare and London International Group, has paid $32.5 million in cash for Silipos. Silipos makes gel-based products for woundcare, orthotics and prosthetics. SSL says that the Silipos technology can be applied across the company's core therapy brands.
