A non-invasive allergy and sensitivity test that measures the body's electric currents is due to enter clinical trials in the US in September. ELAST Technologies, of Las Vegas, Nevada, has completed a pilot study, in which its electronic Allergo test was compared with blood tests. The Allergo technology, which is patented, is based on energy loss from the body cause by allergy or sensitivity.
