ADM Tronic has bought the assets making up the Needle-Eater sharps disposal brand from SPS Medical Equipment. An ADM subsidiary will manufacture the product, which turns disposed syringes and other sharps into non-hazardous waste and will pay a royalty of 5% to SPS. Charles Solomons, SPS president and the inventor of Needle-Eater, joins the new subsidiary company as president.
