Gambro and Baxter set up US joint venture to produce single-use dialysers

Dialysis companies Gambro and Baxter have set up a 50:50 joint venture in the US to manufacture dialysers. The co-operation will strengthen the companies' position in the haemodialysis market, which is currently led by German company Fresenius.
