EDAP Technomed subsidiary Technomed Medical Systems has won a permanent injunction against Dornier Medical Systems, preventing it from manufacturing or selling its Urowave device in the US. The US district court of eastern Wisconsin found that Dornier's product infringed EDAP's transurethral microwave thermotherapy (TUMT) technology.
