American Bio Medica has received 510(k) clearance from the US FDA to market its nine-panel rapid drug screen. The test is used to detect the presence of cannabis, cocaine, opiates, PCP, amphetamines, benzodiazepines, methamphetamines, barbiturates and tricyclic antidepressants. Results can be obtained in five minutes, according to the Hudson, New York-based company.
