Arthrex sues ArthroCare over cancelled distribution deal

ArthroCare has failed in its attempt to gain dismissal of a case filed against it by distribution partner Arthrex. The Delaware chancery court has ordered an expedited hearing into Arthrex' claims that ArthroCare had breached their distribution agreement by wrongfully terminating the exclusive deal.
