EchoCath, which makes blood flow measurement devices, has said that it will not be able to file its annual report at the required time, because it does not have sufficient funds to pay accountants and attorneys to do the work. The Princeton, New Jersey-based company says it is "working to rectify this situation". In a separate development, EchoCath has also settled litigation with EP MedSystems, but did not disclose further information.
