Executive Summary
UK company Profile Therapeutics plans to raise around £25 million ($40 million) when it floats on the London Stock Exchange next month. The company, which is based in Bognor Regis, West Sussex, manufactures and distributes intelligent inhaled drug delivery systems. At the same time as the offering, the Profile's venture capital investors, 3i and NatWest Equity Partners, plan to sell a part of their equity holdings in the company.
