ADAC Laboratories pays $20 million to settle lawsuit

Nuclear medicine equipment manufacturer ADAC Laboratories is to pay $20 million to plaintiffs in a consolidated class action lawsuit. The company has also agreed to settle related litigation against current and former officers and directors of ADAC. The defendants are also required to contribute their benefits to ADAC under certain insurance policies. Both agreements are in principle and are contingent on certain conditions.
